Outreach
Eley Research Group members enjoy sharing science with the community by volunteering and judging at local science fairs and competitions, such as the CoorsTek Denver Metro Regional Science and Engineering Fair. Many of our undergraduate researchers are or have been heavily involved in the Mines chapters of the Society of Physics Students and the Society for Women in Physics. We are also happy to give lab tours to talented high school students.
We enjoyed hosting two very bright high school students, the next-generation of quantum physicists.
